The main advantage of having an online personal trainer over a face to face one, is that it allows us to keep the cost down,  and focus on passing on our knowledge directly and save you from wasting another hour in the gym following a semi productive workout.

To arm people with the knowledge we've gained through years of trial and error, countless hours of research and trying new things, we've found what makes the solid foundations of a good workout plan and what also compliments them, this is what we're aiming to share.

Tailored Program

Upon purchasing to tailored program a short questionnaire and info pack will be sent via email, all clients will initially need to create a food diary, so we can gain some insight into their daily calorie requirements.


A Tailored plan will be put together from the information gathered in the questionnaire and sent to the client along with any additional information in a final pack containing the workout program

PT Program

Tailored Program

Clients signing up for their first online PT program will be sent a welcome package containing some fitness essentials and a ring binder to store their weekly progress reports posted weekly following the one-to-one.


The same as a tailored plan a short questionnaire will be sent out and the workouts will be tailored around the information gathered along with an initial one-to-one to help fine tune the plan and set client expectations.
