During lock down cycling seen a huge boom in popularity, across all bike ranges including indoor training bikes.
So much so we've started a whole new selection of workouts and programs, tailored for both outdoor and indoor training.
There's a wide range of bikes for different occasions, we'll be covering these in more detail soon, including which bike to opt for.
Nothing beats riding in the great outdoors on a nice calm day or heading home with strong tail wind, keep an eye out for our route posts coming soon...
When first starting out its easy to over do it, especially if its something you really enjoy, but rest is also very important, without it you will soon hit the wall or even worse, Bonk.!!
Riding with a few friends is a good place to start, but there's plenty of well established cycling groups you could join, we'll be sharing some, but a quick google search should do the trick.
The solo rider, usually someone who is pretty serious or someone just looking for a bit of down time, more often than not these will be the Strava KOM hunters
