We're a small group of fitness enthusiast behind the scenes, a group that has been in and around fitness for many years, picking up a great deal of knowledge in a wide range of sports and training styles, and especially the 'Do's' and the 'Not to Do's' when it comes to training .
Our mission is to prevent people from wasting their time following the next big fad fitness program, we've all tried them at some point, " The water melon diet, the 1000 calories a day diet, the meat only, the low carbs diets, the high fats diets... " the list is endless, and they all claim to be the next best thing since sliced bread, ok maybe not that far.
The key is burn more than you put in.... its that simple, there's no magic fat loss diet, or insane fitness program, it all comes down to being more active and eating a balance of the right foods... just not too much of the right foods
We're here to help, there's no hidden fee's all our information and general programs are totally free, we will be launching free group sessions later this year, all tailored with home workouts in mind, we hope to see you taking part and joining our living fit movement.
